The Complete Client Package
I love a client that wants it all. New business, new assets, new brand. I’m your go to designer for it all.
Council Mountain Transport
BRAND: Family, Security, Community
The owner of Council Mountain Transport wanted a full rebrand that expressed the fun vibe of the company and the high regard in which they hold family, client relationships, and their community. We started off creating a new logo that symbolized a fresh new start to the day with a sunrise over a mountain road. From there we created business cards, miscellaneous company documents, and product packaging. Social media and marketing came next, and once they had their brand new style guide in hand, they were ready to take it to the road… pun intended.
American Throwback
BRAND: Nostalgia, Family, National Pride
I’ve done many illustration and graphic design projects for the husband & wife team that is American Throwback (A.T.), but my favorites were designing their logo, a.k.a. the “Stamp”, and creating the Shield design that was used on several different products. I loved creating new and fun, yet nostalgic Americana pieces with them. Being able to create almost so many of the design products for this company, from ideation to product photo was a blast. The family is great and they believe in what they sell. It’s an added boost to my ego, as well, to see my work walking around in the world. The husband, a humorous romantic, is in charge of T-shirt production. I am always touched by his wonder when I bring his ideas to life. The wife is an EXCELLENT cook and has created her own BBQ sauces. I had the honor of making her bottle labels.
Halm Metal Fab
BRAND: Nostalgia, Family, National Pride
Halm Metal Fab is a long time client that keeps coming back for more. Once upon a time we started out together creating their logo, which they wanted to make into a sticker that they could put on all of their metal fabrications. It had to be bold, readable from a distance and above all it had to be COOL. I went on to make their business cards, letterhead, envelopes, postcard mailers and storefront signs for both their metal fabrication shop and a sister shop for vehicle modulation. Of course they needed a “uniform” as well, so we created a sexy pin-up style T-shirt for their employees and clients to wear, and just this Christmas we made a new holiday version of the pin-up for promotional sweatshirts and a vehicle wrap for a race car. I have also had the pleasure of creating and maintaining their website for the past 20 years.
My favorite one offs
As great as it is having a HUGE job request for multiple company assets, it’s also nice to do the “one off” jobs for clients. Meeting and working with new people is refreshing, and working together to bring their ideas to life is the kind of puzzle that I like to solve.
Client: S.D. MacDonald
Steven MacDonald builds GORGEOUS homes, so I had to make sure that I designed a gorgeous product for him. He loved the flier that we made and asked me to designa logo for his landscaping business. He wanted the design to be similar to his construction logo and he was very happy with the results.
Client: Pendulum
Working with Pendulum Body Piercing to create her logo was just straight up FUN. She wanted a blend of vintage rock-a-billy and cool modern. I was thrilled that she loved the capital P turned pin curl idea, because I got so giggly when I drafted that idea.

Client: WTG Inc.
I worked on only one project for WTG Inc., an idea company, and it was a good challenge. We went back and forth on choosing the final design for their logo and when we were finished we had something gorgeous.

Client: Ginger Six Honey
The wife side of the family brand Ginger Six wanted a label for her honey that she sells at the weekly farmers market. Though the couple wanted the wood cut folksy look to both of their labels, they couldn’t agree on the font. So we settled on a his and hers so they were both happy.

Client: Ginger Six IPA
The husband side of Ginger Six has the most magnificent red beard that begged to be its own character in the label and signage for his personal I.P.A.

Client: BZO Buddy
BZO Buddy was an interesting project. The client needed a complete package, consisting of a logo, business card and someone to actually create his product idea. He sketched out the specs for the product and I laid it all out for him in a visually pleasing way, because, well, that’s my job. In the process, we landed easily on his new logo. The product literally spoke for itself.
Simple creative projects worth sharing
In my spare time I will create work for friends, family or just myself. Most of the time there is graphic design involved, and like all artists who are hard on themselves, sometimes I actually love the thing that I made. Here are some of those things.

T-Shirt Graphic
This magic bear started life as a doodle in a sketchbook that evolved into a RAD t-shirt graphic.

T-Shirt Graphic
This stylized trail blazer t -shirt graphic was a request from a family member’s off road group.

Personal Book Plate
I personally love bear’s, bee’s and book’s. I have a little library of my own and decided to make a book plate to stamp into all of my favorite stories so that all who borrow from me, KNOW THAT BOOK IS MINE.

Camp Alice Logo
I am a member of a women’s hiking group. Back in 2014 we made it official and named it. In 2023 I finally made us a logo. If you’re interested, we’re on Facebook.

Toad Hill Nursery Logo
I have a neighbor that loves toads. For fun I made them a sign to go in to their garden.

Children’s Book Cover
As part of a internet drawing challenge called Inktober, I made a short story about the journey of a balloon carrying a special message and a boy who finds it.

Kiddo Green Part 1 Comic Cover
I have a passion project call Kiddo Green. A comic about a little girl who gets kidnapped by sea monsters. This cover for Part 1 was SO FUN to design.

Kiddo Green Part 2 Comic Cover
The cover for Part 2 was equally fun, but a bit more solemn since the story starts to get a bit dark and I was listening to a lot of sad music while creating the pages to get me in the proper mood.

Box of Robbers Comic Cover
This was my first comic cover that I designed. I am ecstatic over how well it turned out.
